- PO boxes: we ship to PO boxes.
- Shipping cost: orders of $150 or more ship free. For smaller orders, the cost depends on the order size and the delivery address and is shown at checkout.
- Tracking: we email a tracking number when your order ships. You can also follow your order under My Account › Orders.
- Returns: all sales are final, except items that arrive damaged or are not what you ordered.

Minimum age to buy tobacco by province and territory
Each province and territory sets its own minimum age to buy tobacco by law. The list below gives each age with its legal source, checked on October 7 and 8, 2026. We sell only to customers who are 19 or older and who meet their province’s or territory’s minimum age if it is higher.
