How do I place an order?

Begin by selecting the item(s) you would like to purchase. You can click the “Add to cart” button and adjust the quantity by clicking the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively, you can click the image of the item you want to purchase and adjust the quantity from the item’s page.

Once you have all the items and quantities selected, click the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page and click the “Checkout” button. On the Checkout page, fill out the “Shipping Details” section, including your name and shipping address.

Next, read the “Email Transfer” instructions thoroughly to learn how to how to make the transfer of payment.

To complete your purchase, click the “Place order” button.

Once your order has been placed, transfer the payment by following the “Email Transfer” instructions.

All orders will be placed on hold until the transfer of payment is received.

To make changes to an order you must cancel the existing order and place a new order. In general, if payment for an order has already been accepted, you cannot make changes to that order.

Go to My Account > Orders > and select the corresponding order to cancel an order. If payment has already been accepted you cannot cancel an order.

Use your online banking app or a credit union to send an email transfer. For specific instructions on how to submit an email transfer to Native Smokes Delivered, refer to the “Email Transfer” instructions on the “Checkout” page.

Once we have accepted payment you will receive an email indicating we have accepted your payment and are processing your order. Payments made on the weekend may take up to 72 hours to be accepted.
